Should I Be Worried?

Do you ever feel like all we are ever hearing
is bad news about how our world is doing?
Does it just seem like lots of scary stuff
and a bunch of gloom and doom?

Well, guess what?
It is not all scary, it is not all gloom and doom! There are so many people helping to make things better for our world and nature and animals.
There is so much good stuff being done that
it will make you want to jump up and cheer!

The fear! The anxiety!

Bad news coming out of every

nook and cranny!

What is a huge furry critter to do?

Breathe.

Listen carefully.

There is actually good news

out there!

Be brave!

Look past all of the

scary stuff!

The good news can be found.

Just look in the right places!

You may be asking, "How should I feel about all of the stuff I hear? Should I be worried, not worried, kind of worried, mad, confused??
Aaagh! I don't know!"

Yes, our big blue planet isn't feeling its best.
We know that, but we can't let the
not-so-great stuff get us down. If we begin to feel totally down-in-the-dumpsters, we may want
to give up and not even try to help.
We could get stuck in our worrying and
stay there, frozen in place, feeling bad.

So what do we need to do?
We need to know there is so much being done to help and make things better for the future.
We need to remember all the many caring people and organizations working on terrific ideas to make nature more healthy.
They are making a difference!
We need to look for all the news that talks
about what they are doing.

Then take a deep breath!
Encourage each other and your families to do what they can to make our planet healthier. Being scared and mad doesn't help us be the best nature superheroes we can be.
With more and more of us helping,
the future can look brighter and brighter!
