A GAL WITH A CAMERA
sharing a variety of simply uplifting posts
about the wonderfulness
of nature, amazing things that
good folks are doing,
and some much-needed positivity
& Her Glass-Half-Full
Positivity Blog
... and some random thoughts
about odds and ends
thrown in for good measure!
Being an optimist and a country girl
at heart,I created this blog to celebrate positivity, those who are making the
world a better place,
and the wonder and awesomeness of nature.
Whether you are looking for something
to brighten your day or learn something out
of the ordinary, I hope you enjoy my blog.
It came out of my desire to counter
all the gloom and doom I was seeing on
a regular basis. Simply too much Eeyore
and not enough Tigger. So I created this
blog with the belief that there must be others out there who also simply want
a bit more positivity.
So take moment to relax,
grab a cup of coffee,
and enjoy a little light reading
that will hopefully make your day
just a little brighter.

"If every person in this room made it a rule
that wherever you are, whenever you can,
you will try to act a little kinder
than is necessary -
the world really would be a better place.
And if you do this, if you act just a little kinder
than is necessary, someone else, somewhere,
someday, may recognize in you,
in every single one of you, the face of God."
from the book Wonder by R.J. Palacio
