Chill Out and Relax

How???
Go to one of your favorite places in nature and
take a walk or find a comfy place to sit,
enjoy the scenery, listen to the peaceful sounds,
feel the breeze and sunshine on your face,
and simply breathe and think good thoughts.

When???
As often as you can, when you are full of UGH's and GRRR's, when you feel glum, even when you feel ok, do it all the time because chilling out in nature is so good for you.

Why???
See above ... because it is good for you!

Where???
In nature, in the great outdoors, where you can see the sky and clouds and dirt and green things like trees and grass, where it smells earthy and fresh, where you hear birds and crickets and the rustling
of the leaves.
